NTA Staff

Chief of EMS:
Art Maxwell
NTA Administrator: Art has more than 35 years experience in the emergency medical field and numerous years management experience as well as a number of years as a local Sheriff Deputy. He still works as an EMT when necessary as well as running the day to day operations at NTA.
Captain:
John Barclay
John joined the NTA staff in fall of 2001 as an EMT. He returned to school and completed his Paramedic training finishing up in 2005. Quality of patient care is foremost here at NTA and John helps meet that company goal by fulfilling the role at NTA as Protocol and Quality Assurance Officer. As an EMS instructor and ACLS/PALS instructor he can help to further that goal as well, here at NTA.
Lieutenant:
Greg Blanton
Greg was hired here at NTA in the early winter of 2004 as an EMT. He has since gone on to finish Paramedic training and currently also fills the role of Supply and Maintenance Officer here at NTA. He is in charge of vehicle operations and heads up our emergency driving certification program for all NTA employees.
EMT:
Richard Mooney
Starting in the summer of 1994 with NTA, Richard is one of our most experienced crew members. His EMT experience has helped numerous Paramedic partners over the years "find their way" and Richard's willingness to complete any task is not only appreciated but that and his dependability are two great characteristics we strive for here at NTA.
EMT:
Angie Jones
Again dedication, willing and skilled are only a few of the words that can be used to describe Angie. She is all of those things, not to mention caring and compassionate to her patients. She is a great example of a hardworking EMT for NTA and a value to our organization since June of 2004.
EMT:
Andre Remmers

Andre joined us here at NTA in spring of 2011. He is currently and EMT with plans to go to Paramedic classes in Jan. 2012. Andre comes to us with previous experience as a Firefighter and Corrections Officer, which give him a knowledge base that assists him with dealing with the emergency call. Andre is always eager to help out where he is needed, whether it is filling a shift or lending that extra pair of hands. He is also enthusiastic about furthering his knowledge in the medical field and we appreciate his efforts.

Noah Mays

Noah was hired here in summer of 2011 as a part time EMT. We are thankful for his flexibility to fill our part time hours answer a call when he is needed. Noah comes to us from Albany where he has worked, and continues to work, on the ambulance service there with over 10 years experience in rural EMS. His jovial nature and eagerness as well as dedication makes him an excellent asset to both of our EMS agencies.

Jacob Denum
Jacob started at NTA in the fall of 2000. He heads up the Rescue Team here at NTA and keeping inline with our goal of great patient care, Jacob makes sure we are constantly training and keeping up with current standards. He is a Paramedic ,PADI Diving Instructor, EMS Instructor and very proficient in most aspects of technical rescue.
Paramedic:
Daryl Boatwright

Daryl started with NTA in the spring of 1997 and comes to us with previous experience as a Paramedic from Michigan. Daryl enhances NTA with experience only one can gain after over a decade of providing emergency medical service. His knowledge and reliability only benefit patients served by the NTA district.

Scott Hall

Scott joined the NTA staff in August 2008 after completing his Paramedic training through Hillyard Technical School and has shown to be very enthusiastic about the medical field. Not only has he taken extra rescue training including rescue diving, Scott is currently enrolled at UMKC to become a MD and hopes to practice in the Bethany area when he graduates.
EMT:
JIm Coulson
Jim started with NTA in December of 2006 as a new EMT to the EMS system. Although He is not new to the emergency services, having previous experience as a firefighter and over a decade as a local Law Enforcement Officer gives him a unique perspective on the job and an ability to handle those difficult EMS calls. Jim has also trained to become a rescue diver with the Rescue Team.
Office Administrator/EMT:
Jamie Roller

Jamie joined the NTA staff in February of 2008. She comes to NTA with previous experience as an EMT and in office administration. Her skills have been vital to NTA in keeping a smooth running office and overcoming the often un surmountable task of paperwork that tends to overwhelm the emergency medical service. Jamie has also been known to forego the desk and answer a page for service when needed, by putting her EMT skills back to work in the field.

Craig Foster

Craig is our newest member here at NTA being hired in the fall of 2011 to fill the position of full time Paramedic. Craig has over 15 years experience in healthcare field. He has returned to traditional EMS work from the offshore oil fields where he was Safety Officer for over five years. Prior to that he worked for over 10 years as a Paramedic. We are glad to have Craig onboard at NTA with his diversified experience. His easy going and flexible nature has benefited NTA and only improves the care he provides for his patients.
